How to Make a Payment

Settle your subscription in a few simple steps. Once your plan is confirmed over WhatsApp or Telegram, we’ll share a secure payment link with all the details specific to your firm.

  1. Choose your plan on the Pricing page (Essential, Professional, or Enterprise).
  2. Click Order via WhatsApp or Order via Telegram.
  3. Share a few details about your operation (prop firm / brokerage name, estimated volume, preferred markets).
  4. Our team will confirm your configuration and send you:
    • Your subscription summary
    • Your monthly or annual price
    • Your payment link and invoicing details

Confirm Your Plan

  1. Choose your plan on the Pricing page (Essential, Professional, or Enterprise).
  2. Click Order via WhatsApp or Order via Telegram.
  3. Share a few details about your operation (prop firm / brokerage name, estimated volume, preferred markets).
  4. Our team will confirm your configuration and send you:

Review Your Subscription Summary

Before making any payment, you’ll receive a clear breakdown of your subscription:

  • Selected plan (Essential / Professional / Enterprise)
  • Included features and limits (engines, strategies, data access, support level)
  • Billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  • Any add‑ons or custom integrations (if applicable)
  • Applicable taxes and currency

Carefully review and confirm that everything matches your expectations. If you need changes, reply directly on WhatsApp or Telegram and we’ll update the quote.

Choose Your Payment Method

We support several secure payment options for your convenience:

  • Credit / Debit Card
    • Major cards supported (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
    • Payments are processed via a PCI‑compliant provider.
  • Bank / Wire Transfer
    • Recommended for larger Enterprise and annual contracts.
    • You will receive our banking details and a unique reference ID to include with your transfer.
  • Other Methods (Region‑Dependent)
    • In some regions, we may support additional local payment options.
    • Your onboarding specialist will confirm what’s available for your country.

All payment instructions are clearly included in the invoice or secure payment link we send you.

Complete the Payment

  1. Open the secure payment link provided by our team, or use the invoice sent to your registered email.
  2. Select your preferred payment method (card or bank transfer).
  3. For card payments:
    • Enter your billing details and card information.
    • Review the amount and confirm the payment.
  4. For bank transfers:
    • Use the bank details and reference ID provided on the invoice.
    • Share a payment confirmation / remittance slip with us on WhatsApp or Telegram to speed up verification.

Once payment is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with your invoice / receipt.

Account Activation & Access

After successful payment:

  • Your trading infrastructure environment (engines, APIs, and dashboards) will be provisioned according to your plan.
  • You’ll receive:
    • Admin access and login details
    • API keys and documentation
    • Onboarding checklist and timelines
  • For Professional and Enterprise plans, your onboarding specialist will coordinate:
    • Any required integrations
    • Data/venue connections
    • Execution and latency testing

You can always verify your active plan and renewal date through your account dashboard.

Renewals, Upgrades & Changes

  • Automatic Renewals

    • Subscriptions can be set to renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
    • You will receive a reminder ahead of renewal for annual and high‑value contracts.
  • Upgrading Your Plan

    • If your volume, team size, or infrastructure needs grow, you can upgrade at any time.
    • Contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram, and we’ll adjust your plan and pro‑rate as needed.
  • Plan Changes or Cancellation

    • For plan changes or cancellation at the end of a billing cycle, reach out to us through WhatsApp, Telegram, or your account manager (for Enterprise).
    • We’ll confirm the effective date of any changes and share updated billing details.
